Who is processing my personal information?

We are the data controller in respect of any personal data processed by us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK under number ZB617523. You can check the register here https://ico.org.uk/.

What information do we collect about you and why?

We collect the following information from you directly: name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, postal address, and bank details.

We collect this information via communications with you either in person, over the telephone, via email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or text message for the purposes of providing our services to you under the Talent Management Agreement entered into between you (or a third party on your behalf) and SoSher Media (“Talent Management Agreement”).

What happens if I don’t provide the personal information you ask for?

You can update some or all of the personal information we hold about you or ask us to erase your personal information at any time. To do this, please contact us as indicated below.

If you do not provide your personal information to us upon request or, if you ask us to erase your personal information, this could affect our ability to (i) perform our services; and (ii) remit payment to you, in accordance with the Talent Management Agreement.

Who do we share your information with, and will my data be sent overseas?

Where necessary for us to provide our services to you, we will share your personal information with third parties as set out in any agreements between us, or as otherwise agreed between us from time to time in connection with such agreements.

Your data may be sent overseas if such third parties are overseas companies or if we have otherwise agreed this with you.

How long do we keep your information?

We will keep your information for as long as is necessary to perform our services under the Talent Management Agreement.

How do you keep my information secure?

To protect your personal information, we follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

What do I do if I have questions, a complaint or want to access my information?
